Digital Link (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the NextQ Call application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information handled by the app
NextQ Call does not require a Digital Link account. The app may store queue numbers, call-format settings, connection details, and app preferences locally on your device. Digital Link does not receive the content you enter for normal queue operation.
Local network communication
NextQ Call can connect to NextQ Display over a local network to send queue commands and announcement content. This communication is necessary for the app’s core functionality. Digital Link does not receive the content of these local communications.
Text-to-speech
If you use voice announcements, text may be processed by the text-to-speech engine installed or selected on your device. The provider of that service may process data according to its own privacy policy. You can manage text-to-speech services in your device settings.
Advertising
The free version of NextQ Call may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its partners may collect or use information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to provide, measure, and improve ads. How data is used depends on your device settings, consent choices, region, and Google’s policies. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Purchases
If you purchase an ad-free option or another feature through Google Play, Google processes the payment. Digital Link does not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to confirm and manage the purchase.
Data retention and deletion
Locally stored app data remains until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies.
Children’s privacy
NextQ Call is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures in the app’s design to protect locally stored information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
